About the Role

Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring effective implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to support recovery and celebrate patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and team management
• Deliver compassionate, individualized therapy to patients

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in therapy from an accredited program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications
