Occupational Therapy Clinical Lead - Rehabilitation Hospital

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations with scheduling, training, and communication within the therapy team.
• Providing direct patient care, understanding individual needs, and supporting recovery goals.
• Celebrating patient progress and ensuring seamless treatment implementation.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.
• Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility are preferred.
