About the role
Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless operations, delivering personalized patient care, and guiding patients toward recovery goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, scheduling, training, and communication.
- Provide direct patient care, building strong relationships to understand and address individual recovery needs.
- Ensure implementation of procedures and treatments aligned with best practices.
- Celebrate patient progress and outcomes to motivate and support recovery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current state licensure or certification; CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a therapy-related field.
- At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice.
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty professional certifications preferred.
