OT Lead - Inpatient Rehab

About the Role

Lead and coordinate the occupational therapy team, supporting daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, focusing on personalized rehabilitation plans to help patients achieve their recovery goals. Foster a collaborative and compassionate environment, celebrating patient progress and ensuring seamless implementation of treatments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and operational tasks.
• Deliver direct patient care, building strong relationships to understand individual needs.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and promote best practices in therapy delivery.
• Support patient recovery through compassionate, personalized interventions.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.
• Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.
