OT Lead - Inpatient Rehab

About the Role

Lead daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and departments. Provide direct patient care, assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments while celebrating patient progress. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, training, and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide direct patient care, assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments, celebrating patient progress.
• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification required.
• CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred.
