Lead Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations including scheduling, training, and communication.
• Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery.
• Champion personalized, compassionate treatment plans and celebrate patient progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including at least two years of clinical practice.
• CPR certification (required within 30 days if not already certified).
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holds relevant professional certifications (preferred).
