Lead Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

About the role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations such as scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Foster a collaborative environment, celebrate patient successes, and ensure seamless implementation of treatments and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice
• PREFERRED: Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management
• Provide compassionate, personalized care to patients
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, supporting their rehabilitation goals
