Lead Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role & Responsibilities Lead and support the therapy team by assisting with daily operations, scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.Deliver direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to understand individual needs and facilitate recovery.Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments, celebrating patient progress.Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to optimize team performance and patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program.Minimum of three years' experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including at least two years of clinical practice.Active participation in Therapy Clinical Ladder or professional certifications preferred.
