OT Clinical Leader

About the Role

Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring effective implementation of treatments and procedures. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to facilitate recovery and celebrate progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication.
• Deliver personalized care tailored to patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Specialty certifications are preferred.
