OT Clinical Leader

About the role

Lead and coordinate the occupational therapy team to deliver compassionate, personalized patient care during rehabilitation. Support daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering recovery by understanding individual needs and celebrating victories.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and workflow organization.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to patients, building meaningful relationships to support their progress.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and treatment protocols.
• Promote a collaborative, supportive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and safety standards.
• Stay updated with professional certifications and participate in ongoing education.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of occupational therapy experience, including leadership roles, with a minimum of two years clinical practice.
• Preferred: active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications.
