Clinical OT Team Leader

About the Role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building relationships to understand and address patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs, and celebrate their recovery progress. Foster a compassionate, collaborative environment utilizing advanced technology and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate therapy team activities and workflows.
• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and communication.
• Deliver personalized patient care to promote rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and maintain rewarding patient relationships.
• Support staff training, orientation, and ongoing education.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification as required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years' experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including at least two years of clinical practice.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.
