Clinical OT Team Leader

About the Role

Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, developing personalized treatment plans to support recovery. Lead and supervise occupational therapy staff, fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment. Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments, celebrating patient progress.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice.
• Preferred: active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications.
