Responsibilities
- Lead and support the therapy team, assisting with daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication.
- Provide direct patient care, building relationships to understand individual recovery needs and celebrating progress.
- Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments, guiding patients toward rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to maintain quality care and team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Minimum of three years in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
- Experience with Therapy Clinical Ladder or professional certifications preferred.
