OT Clinical Leader

About the Role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in providing compassionate, personalized patient care during rehabilitation. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication. Deliver direct patient care, fostering recovery by understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs, and celebrating patient successes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise therapy staff and coordinate operational activities.
• Provide hands-on therapy services and build patient relationships.
• Ensure procedural and treatment implementation aligns with standards.
• Support professional growth through training and communication.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification within 30 days if not already obtained.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.
