Clinical OT Team Leader

Role Overview

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations on daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering recovery by understanding individual needs and celebrating progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily therapy operations and team coordination
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Build strong relationships with patients to support their rehabilitation goals
• Support team training, orientation, and communication efforts
• Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and safety requirements
• Maintain active clinical leadership and professional development

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy experience, including leadership or clinical roles
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited program
• Preferred: active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications
