Operations Team Leads (remote possible)
About the role
Lead a team with responsibility for tactical and project outcomes in the Operations department. Work group is generally engaged in a wide variety of often complex tasks. Provide workflow management for the department, while completing similar tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the department, training and guiding Operations staff on daily work.
- Compile all certifications for Operations Department.
- Coverage with the supervisors on open desks.
- Aid in training on operational issues with staff.
- Work on special projects.
- Organize the escheatment process through efficient work procedures.
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
- Adjust errors and resolve complaints.
- In the absence of a Supervisor, perform supervisory duties for the department.
Requirements
Typical Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Typical Range Of Experience: 2- 4 years related experience.
