The Operations Manager at Nova Academy is responsible for overseeing the non-instructional operations of the campus. This role involves developing relationships with parents, students, and staff, managing safety protocols, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Developing trusted relationships with parents, students, and staff using proactive, bilingual outreach
  • Overseeing campus safety functions, including entry protocols, health situations, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications
  • Managing day-to-day campus operations including attendance tracking, transportation logistics, facility maintenance, and front-office coordination
  • Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to support effective integration into campus procedures and culture
  • Administering student devices and campus technology systems, acting as the primary on-site technical contact and Google Administrator

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or comparable operational functions
  • Proficiency with basic technology responsibilities including device configuration, troubleshooting, and account management
  • Strong communication abilities in both written and verbal formats
  • Capacity to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Fluency in spoken Spanish and English with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX, or readiness to relocate

  • Background serving as a Google Administrator
