Campus Operations Coordinator, Nova Academy - $60,000/year USD
About the role
This is an in-person position based at our Austin, TX campus. Nova Academy is designed for students and families who hold higher expectations for their educational experience. This position ensures that all of these elements function reliably, day after day.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong connections with parents, students, and staff through proactive, bilingual outreach
- Overseeing campus safety functions, including entry protocols, health events, emergency drills, record keeping, and family communications
- Directing daily campus workflows such as attendance tracking, transportation logistics, facility maintenance, and administrative support
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to promote seamless adoption of campus procedures and culture
- Administering student devices and campus technology systems, acting as the primary on-site technical resource and Google Administrator
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study is not specified)
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or comparable operational functions
- Proficiency with foundational technology tasks including device configuration, troubleshooting, and user account management
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Capacity to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities with careful attention to detail
- Fluency in both spoken Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly in each
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX, or readiness to relocate
Nice-to-have Requirements
- 3+ years of operational management experience
- Prior experience serving as a Google Administrator
- Background in event planning and execution
