Responsibilities

  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, students, and staff through proactive, bilingual outreach
  • Oversee campus safety systems, including entry controls, medical incidents, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications
  • Supervise daily campus functions such as attendance tracking, transportation logistics, facility maintenance, and administrative workflows
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members to ensure seamless integration into campus operations and culture
  • Administer student devices and campus technology, acting as the primary on-site technical contact and Google Administrator

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities management, site operations, or comparable operational functions
  • Proficiency with fundamental technology tasks including device configuration, troubleshooting, and user account management
  • Excellent written and spoken communication abilities
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks with careful attention to detail
  • Fluency in both spoken Spanish and English for effective communication
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
