  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees to enable seamless transition into campus operations and culture
  • Oversee student technology and campus IT systems, acting as the primary on-site technical liaison and Google Administrator

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles
  • Comfort with basic technology tasks such as device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken Spanish and English
  • Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Availability to work in person in Austin, TX, or willingness to relocate
