What You Will Be Doing
- Managing all daily campus operations to ensure the 2-Hour Learning schedule runs on time and without disruption.
- Handling front-line technology support (device configuration, rapid troubleshooting) and coordinating escalations with IT teams.
- Establishing trust with students, families, and colleagues through clear communication and reliable execution.
- Executing and auditing campus safety procedures; overseeing drills, incident documentation, and vendor relationships.
- Facilitating critical activities—events, staff onboarding, supplies and facilities oversight—to maintain a consistently high standard across the campus.

- Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum; Guides provide student mentorship while you ensure operational excellence.
- Operating from a remote back office with limited exposure; your contributions directly enhance student results and family satisfaction.
- Spending time on administrative tasks unrelated to accelerated learning; every responsibility connects to speed, safety, or quality standards.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 1+ years overseeing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a comparable high-touch service setting.
- Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure, exercise initiative, and manage competing priorities autonomously.
- Proficiency with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration.
- Strong, professional written and spoken communication that fosters community confidence.
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and available to work on-site in NYC, NY.
Benefits
The compensation level for this role is $55 USD/hour, which equates to $110,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
