Operations Coach, Franchise Performance

Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Coach to partner with 1-800 Radiator franchise owners and help them improve business performance through data-driven insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchise owners to analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability
• Translate reports, KPIs, and dashboards into simple, actionable insights
• Lead performance conversations and help operators prioritize the right actions to drive results
• Identify trends, gaps, and best practices across the network
• Support and enhance reporting where needed, focusing on clarity and usability over complexity
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Analytics) to align on key initiatives and performance drivers

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and connect it to business outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills — able to explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way
• Comfortable working directly with operators and influencing decisions
• Proficiency in Excel; Experience with SQL and Python; familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Benefits

• Compensation Range: $66,500.00 - $118,800.00
• Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
• Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role
