Franchise Business Coach

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to franchise owners, including day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
• Communicate with the franchisor, updating them on franchisee status and providing feedback on the franchise system.
• Gather and analyze data to track franchisee performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Motivate and coach franchisees through feedback, goal-setting, and celebration of successes.
• Enforce franchise compliance, ensuring adherence to franchisor rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years of franchise/business consulting/small business owner experience.
• Understanding of Profit & Loss and driving profitability.
• Knowledge of various field operation concepts, practices, and procedures.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (local time).
