As an Operational Assistant, you will directly support and complete day-to-day activities for the Operations Manager in our Rochester, NH District. Your role involves coordinating and monitoring confidential activities to drive district success by supporting management and collaborating with internal employees.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and provide reports as required
- Arrange meetings, special functions, and retirements
- Provide the CCC on a weekly basis with on-call schedules for techs, drivers, and managers
- Order all Corporate Express requirements for designated offices
- Track and assist in hitting deadlines for various projects
- Post all trucks accurately by the next business day
- Adjust bulk plant warehouses daily
- Process adjustments to customer accounts timely and accurately
- Demonstrate strong initiative in troubleshooting and research
- Research and resolve liquid inventory variances promptly
- Process all tank set/pickups accurately and timely

Requirements
- Post-secondary education, certificate program in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience working in an administrative capacity

Pay
The expected hourly range for this position is $20.50–$24.60. Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
