Operations Assistant
About the Opportunity
The Operations Assistant is the essential frontline and "back-of-house" engine that keeps the WisDems Headquarters running. Reporting to the Operations & Logistics Manager, you will serve as the first point of contact for our office, managing the main phone system and greeting all visitors with a professional, customer-service mindset. You are the guardian of the office environment, ensuring that from the main phone line to the supply closet, everything is organized, stocked, and ready for action.
