About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team at Onda Corporation in Sunnyvale, CA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- This position will take a proactive role in managing office logistics
- Serve as the interface greeting visitors, directing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain an organized physical work space for the Company, including the front office, break room, cubicles/offices, and other locations as necessary
- Maintain an organized document archive for Manufacturing, Marketing, Legal, RMA’s, and Quality. This includes converting hard copy records to digital forms through scanning
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed; also provide secondary support for departments such as Sales, Shipping, and Accounting
- Assist in travel arrangements and tradeshow/conference participation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
