About the Role
Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering recovery through understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise therapy team activities and support the Director of Therapy Operations
- Deliver compassionate, individualized care to patients
- Celebrate patient progress and outcomes
- Ensure adherence to procedures and treatment plans
- Build strong relationships with patients and staff
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification per state requirements
- CPR certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a therapy program
- At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience
- Minimum two years of clinical practice
- Preferred: active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications
