Responsibilities

• Support therapy operations, including scheduling and staff training
• Deliver personalized patient care, understanding individual needs

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with a minimum of two years of clinical practice
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or professional certifications preferred
