Occupational Therapist - Leadership Role

Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role & Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.Provide direct patient care, developing personalized treatment plans to support recovery.Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and ensuring procedural compliance.Build rewarding relationships with patients, celebrating their progress. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications.
