Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview

Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized relationships to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Celebrate patient progress and contribute to a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination
• Deliver compassionate, individualized care to patients
• Support operational tasks such as scheduling and staff training
• Build positive patient relationships and celebrate recovery milestones
• Ensure adherence to procedures and treatment protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire if not already obtained
• Bachelor's or master's degree in an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice
• Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder participation preferred
