Therapy Team Leader - Occupational Therapy

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling
• Train and coordinate with the therapy team
• Build patient relationships to support recovery and celebrate progress

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy experience, including two years in clinical or leadership roles
• Active CPR certification (within 30 days)
• Professional certifications preferred
• Eligibility for Therapy Clinical Ladder preferred
