Occupational Therapy Leadership Position

About the Role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless operations, delivering personalized patient care, and achieving recovery goals. Assist in daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication, while providing direct patient care to foster recovery and celebrate progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily therapy operations and team coordination.
• Provide compassionate, individualized care to patients.
• Collaborate with hospital departments and support staff.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members.
• Build strong patient relationships and monitor progress.
• Support the Director of Therapy Operations.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership roles, including two years of clinical practice.
• Professional certifications or clinical ladder eligibility preferred.
