Occupational Therapist Team Leader - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Role Overview

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless care delivery and patient progress. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with team scheduling, training, and communication, while providing direct patient care to promote recovery and build meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily therapy operations and team coordination
• Deliver personalized, compassionate care to patients
• Assist in training and onboarding staff
• Support patient rehabilitation goals and celebrate progress

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (or must obtain within 30 days)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
• PREFERRED: Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications
