Occupational Therapist Team Leader - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Seeking a leadership role in occupational therapy to make a meaningful impact in patient rehabilitation. As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, support staff, and provide direct patient care, fostering personalized and compassionate treatment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and support staff
• Provide direct patient care
• Assist with scheduling, training, and communication within the therapy team
• Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments
• Build strong relationships with patients and understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to promote recovery

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
• Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred
