Occupational Therapist Team Leader - Inpatient Rehabilitation

About the Role

Seeking a leadership role in occupational therapy to make a meaningful impact in patient rehabilitation. As a Team Leader, you'll oversee daily therapy operations, coordinate with staff, and ensure seamless implementation of treatments. You will assist in scheduling, training, and communication within the therapy team and hospital departments.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (within 30 days if not already certified)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy experience, with two years in clinical or leadership roles
• Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred
