About the Role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team by managing daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to support recovery and celebrate patient progress. Foster a collaborative and compassionate environment, utilizing advanced technology to deliver personalized therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily therapy team management and operations

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years clinical practice
• CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialized certifications preferred
