About the Role

Lead and support an occupational therapy team within a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless operations, accurate implementation of treatments, and personalized patient care. Provide direct therapy services, build patient relationships, and celebrate recovery milestones. Assist in daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments.

Responsibilities

• Support therapy operations under the Director of Therapy Operations
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs
• Promote team collaboration and operational efficiency
• Contribute to professional growth through ongoing education

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice
• Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred
