About the Role

Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized relationships to help patients achieve their recovery goals. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in ensuring seamless service delivery and uphold high standards of compassionate, patient-centered treatment.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.
• CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice.
• Experience with Therapy Clinical Ladder or professional certifications preferred.
