About the Role

Occupational Therapist (OT) providing care in a home health and hospice setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve patients' ability to perform daily tasks in the home environment.
• Develop treatment plans to enhance daily living skills and motor functions.
• Administer skilled care in accordance with physician’s orders and established care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members on therapeutic techniques.
• Provide intermittent professional services under supervisor guidance.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program and licensed in the practicing state.
• Preferred minimum of one year of experience; less with approval based on prior experience.
• Experience in Medicare home health is advantageous.
