Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled care to patients in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve patients' ability to perform daily tasks and motor functions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance independence and compensate for functional losses.
• Administer care according to physician orders and established care plans.
• Teach patients and family members about therapeutic exercises and care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and supervise care under the direction of the Branch Director.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the practicing state.
• Preferably, at least one year of experience, with flexibility for less based on prior experience and approval.
• Experience in Medicare home health is a plus.
