About the Role

Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled care to patients in a home-based setting, helping them improve daily living skills and motor functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments to develop patients' daily living and motor skills
• Teach patients and family members about care plans
• Follow physicians' orders and established care plans under supervision
• Provide intermittent professional services to patients with debilitating conditions

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved Occupational Therapy program
• Current OT license in the practicing state
• Preferred minimum one-year experience, with flexibility based on prior experience
• Experience in Medicare home health is advantageous
