Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time

About the role

Provide patient-centered, in-home occupational therapy care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and home environments
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve independence
• Administer therapeutic interventions and fabricate adaptive devices
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and care
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and document care in EMR
• Supervise certified therapy assistants and oversee home health aide care when applicable

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Current NBCOT registration and state licensure
• Preferably at least one year of clinical experience, with home health experience a plus
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license
