Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled care to patients with debilitating conditions, helping improve daily living skills and motor functions.
• Develop treatment plans, administer therapies, and teach patients and families.
• Ensure services follow physician orders and established care plans under supervision.
• Use treatments to develop functional skills, compensate for functional loss, and promote patient independence.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and educate families.
• Maintain compliance with care plans and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensed in the practicing state.
• Preferred minimum one-year experience, with flexibility based on prior experience and approval.
• Medicare home health experience is a plus.
