Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Help patients with debilitating conditions improve daily living and motor functions.
• Administer skilled care according to physicians' orders and care plans.
• Develop and teach patients and families strategies to compensate for functional losses.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and proper documentation.
• Provide patient-centered interventions to enhance functional independence.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Perform services under supervision, following established protocols and physician instructions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program and licensed in the practicing state.
• Preferably possess at least one year of experience, with flexibility based on prior background.
• Experience in Medicare home health is advantageous.
