About the role
Board-certified nurse practitioner contractors conducting In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members.
Key Duties
- Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers.
- Review medication and medical history, conduct physical evaluations, without prescribing or ordering tests.
- Complete patient-specific forms for assessments.
- Engage with members to educate and empower them regarding their health.
- Ensure member comfort and understanding, and support health management without prescribing medication or altering treatments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn up to $2,500-$4,000 weekly, with an average of 6-9 visits daily.
- Potential to increase per-visit rates up to 135% with Market Multiplier.
- Additional pay for qualifying diagnostic and preventive tests.
- Malpractice coverage, availability incentives, and pre-scheduled visits.
- Travel expenses (airfare, hotel, rental car) covered based on eligibility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed as a nurse practitioner in the state.
- Willingness to enroll in Medicaid if not already licensed.
- Ability to work flexible days, including weekends, with no nights required.
- Independent contractor (1099), with a flexible schedule.
