Nurse Practitioner - In-home Visits

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive health and well-being assessments, reviewing medication and medical history, and performing physical evaluations in patients' homes. Qualifications require a state license and willingness to enroll in Medicaid if not already licensed. Skills and benefits include flexible scheduling (Monday-Sunday), earning up to $2,500-$4,000 weekly, with potential to increase earnings through a market multiplier and pay-per-test model.
