Nurse Practitioner - In-home Visits

Role: Board-certified nurse practitioner contractors conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members. Responsibilities: Perform in-home visits to assess overall health and identify care barriers, review medication and medical history, and conduct physical evaluations. Manage pre-scheduled visits, provide assessments without prescribing medication, and support member education. Compensation & Benefits: Earn up to $2,500-$4,000 weekly, with potential for increased rates up to 135% through Market Multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. Malpractice coverage, flexible scheduling, and availability incentives included. Airfare, hotel, and rental cars provided where eligible. Qualifications & Skills: State license required, Medicaid license or willingness to enroll preferred. Independent contractor (1099), with the ability to manage a flexible schedule. Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
