Nurse Practitioner - In-home Visits

About the role

Board-certified nurse practitioner contractors conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plan members.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home assessments focusing on health and well-being, including medication and medical history reviews and physical evaluations
• Identify potential care barriers and provide patient education to empower health management
• No prescribing, lab orders, or treatment alterations required

Compensation & Flexibility

• Earn up to $4,000 weekly with an average of 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $80 per assessment, with potential to increase up to 135%
• Additional pay for diagnostic and preventive tests
• Flexible schedules with shifts available any day, no nights or weekends
• Short- or long-term engagement, with perks like airfare, hotel, rental cars (eligibility dependent), malpractice coverage, and availability incentives

Qualifications & Skills

• State license required; Medicaid license or willingness to enroll preferred
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
• Strong communication skills, compassionate approach, and comfort working in patients' homes
