About the role
Board-certified nurse practitioner contractors conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial members.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-home visits to assess overall health, review medication and medical history, identify care barriers, and provide patient education without prescribing or altering treatments
- Manage pre-scheduled assessments
- Conduct assessments in patients' homes, review medications, and facilitate health insights while fostering meaningful patient relationships
- No night shifts or overnight work required
Requirements
- Valid state license
- Willingness to enroll in Medicaid (preferred)
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work on weekends and manage a flexible schedule

Pay
- Earn up to $2,500–$4,000 weekly
