New York – Corporate M&A Associate (Mid-Level/Senior)

We are searching for a mid-level/senior associate to join our Corporate M&A group in our New York, Bay Area or LA office. We will consider strong candidates with mixed M&A and general transactional experience who are looking to transition to full-time M&A practice. Candidates can expect to collaborate with the general corporate group in a team oriented environment. Job Requirements JD 2020-2023Previous large law firm experience required. Candidates must be admitted or eligible to waive into the State Bar of New York or California. Eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds.Demonstrated experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions. Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued. Salary Range $260,000 - $390,000
